Wonderful jams in Raspberry Jalapeno, Strawberry Jalapeno and Blackberry Jalapeno, each with a hint of Jalapeno but not overly hot or spicy.  Use over a block of cream cheese as a dip or as a glaze on a pork roast?  Delicious!
